World War One

During our time learning about World War One, Rowan Class have created three fantastic pieces of writing. The first piece was poetry about World War One, in which many children used moving descriptions of a soldier's experience on the front line. The second piece was letters from the front, which was then followed by a recount of the famous Christmas Day truce. You can find some examples of this brilliant writing below.
