Significant Buildings

We have focussed on The Great Wall of China, El Castillo, and The Colosseum so far. We have been 'sending letters' to the leaders of the countries the buildings reside in, and then using their 'replies' to write a non-chronological report.

Now that we have moved onto Hadrian's Wall, The Great Pyramid of Giza, and Stonehenge, we are going to be writing some fact files that are written in a 'tour guide' style to inform the reader about these magnificent structures.

The Great Rainforests

Oak Class will be finding out about a variety of explorers who voyaged around the world to discover the wonders of the rainforest, and the location, layers, and climate of the rainforests.
